mein erster Versuch eines Schnittmodells... und da Stahl so schwer zu sägen geht, ein Druckzünder 35 aus ALU :D

tja, einzig die große dicke Feder stört etwas, um die Funktion zu erkennen. Aber ich habe leider keine Idee, wie man es anders machen könnte...

Hi Alpini, your cutaway looks great :D . Cutting the spring is a big deal of work. You'd have to deharden the spring by making it redhot , than weld little blocks between the windings of the spring (by Tig welding) . Keep this part with the blocks to the back and gently make a cutaway of the spring. Keep in mind , the blocks should fit the size of the tensioned , in the house length, not the extended length. Before dehardening the spring should be set to it's right length in a vice, changing length after dehardening will only change the length of the first and last windings
