I've heard that France not only made ammunition for the MK 151/20 but the weapons as well, is that true ?
Are these weapons still used in the French army ?

Does anybody know if german weapons are still in use somewhere on this planet ?

I haven't the answer,I think that France especially manufactured ammunition to replace the growing old German batches until about 1950; I had a photograph of 151.20 on mounting in a helicopter in Indo-China but I do not manage to find it. It is possible also that France produced ammunition and weapons for export, I know for example that France are rebuild some optics of MG34/42 ...

France used the MG 151/20 at least into the 1970s, as a helicopter weapon.

The gun is of course still made in South Africa, under the name Vektor GA-1.

Pak 38 ?!
What kind of ammunition was fired with this gun ?
Did it resemble the German ammo ?
