Can anyone identify this fuze?

This is a US Fuze for 75mm, 155mm and larger caliber shell fitted with suitable adapters.

Hi, some time ago I came across this m46 fuze. In Poland.
I've found about 20pcs in one place.
Are they safe to keep ? Meaby there's a safe way to dissasamble them ?

If you are a "digger", the awnser is NO. If one of these 20 explodes during demounting you will be crippled for life, losing limbs at least.
