It is the "Wurfgranat Zünder 50* Preßstoff (Wgr.Z.50*(Pr))".
Used in 28cm Wk. Spr. and 32cm Wk. Spr.Fe.
The safety cap is missing.

The steel part is the "Zwischenstück f. Wgr. Z 50*".
To my knowledge, that part was not used on the 32 cm Wurfkörper Flamm.

Which would mean this one was once fitted or meant to be fitted on a 28 cm Wurfkörper Spr.
