- My both pictures from below [they'll be posted soon] show headstamps for the 20mm Oerlikon "S" round with rebated rim [20X110RB]. --- Top photo: Note the British shell case maker's mark "RG" ["Radway Green"], the mark "OeZ" [logo for Oerlikon "Oe" and the letter "Z" for the type of propellant "nitrocellulose"] and the year of manufacture "1942". --- Bottom photo: Note the US shell case maker's mark "NOEN" ["Northern Engraving & Manufacturing Co." from La Crosse, Wisconsin], the year of manufacture "1944" and other usual markings. --- Note: Both England and USA manufactured the 20X110RB round for the 20mm Oerlikon light AA gun. England also used the 20mm Polsten light AA gun which fired the same 20X110RB round using a 30-rds box magazine while the 20mm Oerlikon gun used a 60-rds drum magazine on top of the weapon. More info about the 20mm Polsten light AA gun can be read here at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polsten Orita 12/05/06
