The remains of a 5 cm Panzergranate mit Stahlkern for the 5 cm Bordkanone.

Does anybody have a complete version, what did the "Haube" look like ?

I wasn't aware that such ammo was used in the BK 5. All of the pictures and data I've seen feature the usual APC. Further details would be appreciated.

IIRC the BK 5 saw very little use in the anti-armour role anyway; they were mostly fitted to Me 410s for the anti-bomber role.

Hi Tony,

the only evidence i could find was in Manfred Stegmüller's "Von Flanschgeschossen und Wolframkernen".

Apparantly they did not exceed the experimental stage.
