This is a 37mm HE-T round for the 37mm AT gun. The shell is a Sprenggranate 18 Umg. what means that it is a shell from the 37x264B Flak 18 which got adapted for this weapon by removing the lover driving band. The yellow band is the marking for this particular shell.

That is interesting, normally I would think of a chemical deterioration of the yellow paint but this black looks almost perfect.
