20mm unknown projectile

I recently acquired this inert 20mm (HE?)projectile. It has following markings:
fuze:MK-26-1-DDCCO-P
body: MK3-54J, LOT 1329, MAT
overall length: 81,5mm
base till driving band: 9,6mm
I think it's French (MAT: Manufacture d'Armes, Tulle). The projectile was put on a 20x102Vulcan case (no markings). Is this the right case? Which is the projectilecolour? I found a lot of ressembling drawings/picture's of this projectile, but i can't give it a definitive identity. Who can help?

The markings on the fuse are the same on the body they are different.
