Do you know the manufacturer? The manufacturer marking should be cast into the body under the filling plug and also on the baseplug and safety lever.

The Body and the main plug are stampep with a K and 3 stars which indicates that it was manufactured by A. Kendrick & Sons also the center piece is made by A. Kendrick & Sons.
This one is made in 1944. The filling plug is stamped APDP. All parts are made of Zinc.

A question from another forum is about the meaning of the color codes on a mills. What do the red crosses stand for? And a green line? It is suggested that the red crosses stand for use in tropical environment?

Any links to more on this subject?
Who can help?

Thx
