Sieht mir eher nach einem deutschen Fertigungsplan aus, der später mit französischer Übersetzung versehen worden ist.

Yes i think too it's german doc taking by french, i thinks what
intersting french army is german process for build steel case
So some text in french language was found, it' about german
building since 1934 by Karl SCHAEFER, director from HOESCH AG Dortmund, document explain difficulty to compare building price with brass case because just one factory build brass case when WW2 beginning and this firm can'build steel model in same time...It'very technic,:-( other interesting thing, it's writing about 3 machines (presses one for 2000 T and two for 60 T ) are taken by british ...
