Does anybody have any information about this case. Any info about the rounds, the weapon and the country is welcome.

I've found some more info
The cartridge, developed by Czechoslovakia, was not only used in their ZB60 (M1938) heavy MG but also in a single-shot ATK rifle. The British used it in the Besa MK1 MG, a copy of the Czechoslovak design. The AP bullet weight about 74 grams and could penetrate 20mm of steel armor at 250m. HE-T were also made.
During WW2, Germany made cartridges with a shorter case neck, and a case length of 101mm.

I believe that the 15mm ATK design had a bullpup layout, and was converted by Germany to 7.92x94 to make the MSS.41, but I'd appreciate any confirmation of that.
