Somebody can confirmed to me that P. A. is the shortened form of PYROTECHNIA ARMATEI (ROUMANIA) -2q -2q
The case with hdstp 53 ROUM. is a French made by "Atelier de RENNES" for export to ROUMANIA during WW1.(I know too 57 Roum and 75 Roum cases French made, if you are interested too by, i can send a picture)
If you have other foreign hdstps of 53 x 176 R cases, you can send a picture please !
