could someone tell me on what the projectile rises Russian rocket which is marking V 15 DU ? thank you in advance

You have the base section of the whole fuze system, it seems you do not have the piezeo element that goes onto the top of the projectile.

This fuze is used with 122 and 125 mm HEAT fin stabilized artillery shells not rockets.
