Its french grenad Bertrand model 1916 "Gaz" (lacrymal)
The "stiehlhandgranate" is German hand granat (one of first model), no ?
I have see the second "bomb" but i don't remenber whère, try to search ...

For the tubular thing, i found one draw,
But is just one idéa, I'M NO SURE,
because cylindric part ressembes or is similar..loocking especially for 2 hole (for put shootshell)
i never see excelsior matériel .

Die Stielhandgranate sollte eine Stielhandgranate 17 mit Poppenberg´schen Aufschlagzünder und Löffelsicherung sein.

For pic 564 and 565, i dont know, i have see one somewhere, but i dont remenber... Im'allways searching document for identification...Did you foud with tubular "excelsior" 566 ?

Hello Milo,

i'have seen your grenade from the images 564 and 565 several times on the front lines from Word War One in Italy. I think it is an italian/french 86 mm Thevenot grenade, but i'am not sure...

Vielen Dank fur alle.
Ist der Kopf bei Stielhandgranate original? Ich habe solcher Kopf in Literatur niemals gesehen (sind immer mit Tragehaken). Auch Teil am 1. Bild habe ich nirgendwo gesehen.

Ich habe die kombination von stielhandgranate 17 topf und dem zünder/stiel auch noch nicht gesehen, ich kenne das nur mit dem Topf von der 15er.
