yes, the 6343 is for the 7,5 cm F.K.16 n/A but these cases normally have C/12 primers. Maybe this case was converted by shortening a 7,7 cm case?

Yes , the origin is a 7.7cm case , reworked.

It's the second case like this , that i see.
Perhaps somebody here has such a model in collection ?

6343a is the actual code for a reworked 77x230 case to a 75x200 FK16nA case.
