Certainly looks like a 15 mm H.Pzgr. o. Zerl,see picture.
Regarding colourcodes: i think these were black, with white markings, maybe somebody else knows more.

I think there are two versions here:
1st with the threaded cap as listed in the L.Dv.4000 with bakelit - бакели́т filler
2nd with pressed cap with air - во́здух cavity shown in the Rechlin manual.

My russian is rather rusty, could someone help me with translation, please?
