Exactly !

For some reason (well.. we all know what the reason is..) adding "rare"or "experimental" is easily done..

How well do the buyers know their stuff , and how far does a vendor want to go to sell his stuff ?

Incidentally, does anyone know why a different design of shell was produced for practice purposes? Everyone else just used an inert-filled HE shell - which would have retained the HE's ballistics.

Actually the shown cartridge should be the "zeroing" or in German "Anschuss".

A whole box of them has shown up in this condition a few years ago. So the normal price is not higher than about 30 Euro.
